Yes, Andrew Tate has announced he is running for MP (no one runs directly for PM) under the Britain Restoring Underlying Values (BRUV) party. Below is British parliamentary candidate Count Binface (who previously, before a trademark dispute, ran as Lord Buckethead).

Britain has a fine tradition of novelty candidates running for MP, basically none of whom get very far. And as the question writer appears to be American, don’t forget that this guy ran for President.
